By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these requirements.

The platform provides a matchmaking service for pickleball players seeking partners for competitions and tournaments.

  • Do not guarantee matches

  • Do not guarantee compatibility

  • Do not verify user skill level, identity, or representations

  • Are not responsible for user conduct

We provide a communication platform only.


4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you:

  • Are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile

  • Will not impersonate another person

  • Will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users

  • Will not use the platform for unlawful purposes

  • Will not collect data from other users for commercial use

  • Will not use the service for dating or unrelated purposes

You acknowledge that you choose to disclose personal information at your own risk.


5. Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that:

  • Interacting with other users carries inherent risks

  • We do not conduct criminal background checks

  • We do not guarantee the character, intentions, or safety of users

You assume full responsibility for:

6. Safety Disclaimer

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Exposed Monkey.

You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display and distribute content you upload for the purpose of operating the platform.


8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • We suspect misuse

  • We believe other users’ safety is at risk


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We exclude all liability for loss, damage, injury or claims arising from user interactions.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.


10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your interactions with other users


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the State or Territory in which we are registered.
