What this is:

A coach-led assessment that assigns you an official DUPR starting rating if you’ve never logged a DUPR match. 

This pathway suits players who are new to DUPR but already playing at a solid Intermediate level or above—especially those with racquet sports or athletic backgrounds who’ve picked up pickleball quickly and want to enter the right DUPR rated league from the start.

Who it’s for:

• Players with no DUPR matches recorded yet.

• Members interested in both social grade access and/or playing in DUPR leagues.

• Players who want to begin in an appropriate DUPR league (e.g., 3.0-3.5).

How it works:

Attend a coach-run on-court assessment covering core skills (consistency, positioning, movement, decision-making).

Receive a coach-assigned DUPR starting rating and then play one NBP DUPR rated league session to confirm your rating before requesting your social upgrade.
