Experienced players who have already joined the club and OpenSports group and wish receive a club grade that matches their ability should complete the skills assessment form below.

New or less experienced players do not need to fill out the form, as your "Building Pickleball Skills" trainer will assign you a grade once you have demonstrated the required skill set
